The owner claims that the second time it arrived it was started and ran without incident. So I asked him if they had duplicated the problem and he would only say that there could be multiple problems with the vehicle. He would not answer the question.
Had the truck towed back to their location. Told the owner to keep the truck until was repaired. Did not want it back until the problem was fixed.
The attitude was that there is no warranty or guarantee on their work. Continuing to replace parts until the vehicle runs was his solution.
Having paid to have the truck towed in because it wasn't fixed the first time I felt they should pick up the truck and repair it.
The owner claims that it had an idling problem the first time they repaired it and would not listen when I told him that the truck was towed in because it would not start or run. I explained that if the idle was the problem we would have driven it in.
I had my daughters car painted there and the tranny rebuilt, they did excellent. Fast and friendly service. There honest and have excellent prices and I would never go anywhere else. Thanks
He refused to send out someone with a code reader to check the truck while it was not starting. He refused to have the truck picked up. He offered to try to repair it again if we paid to have it towed in again.
Spoke with the owner regarding my truck. It would not start or run. He said they could fix it. Had it towed in for service. They claimed that it needed a part which would fix the problem. After the part was installed the truck lasted for about 20 miles before the same problem came back.
Upon picking the truck up for the second time it again ran well for about 20 miles. Same problem reoccurred the next time it was started.
Dealer service without the huge bill. I would recommend anyone to go here. Great service! Great Price! Support your local business!
