I've been going there for several years and have never had a bad experience. I love that they sell used computers. I bought a desktop and a laptop from them. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and I especially love Hailey, the miniature greyhound "watchdog." You'll see her cute little "pup" tent across from the counter. I'd say this is my favorite Radio Shack ever, by far, except they fairly recently left the franchise. They still sell the same type of products, but they have a wider variety of fun stuff. It's a good place to do your gift shopping.
Their weekend hours makes it incredibly difficult for me to be a customer. Three times now I have wanted to go in and see if they had what I was looking for by they're closed. I get closing at 6 during the week, but 3 on Saturday and not open at all on Sunday? Come on.
Wonderful family owned store with a great selection! Customer service was exceptional! I love shopping local because they care about their customers and it shows. :)
