Though 9+ years ago, I still remember my Grandmother being buried in Melrose Fl. The funeral home staff person was professional and the funeral went off without a hitch. What did bother me, was the staff person saying we owed more money because my Grandmother paid her funeral expenses several years before her death and it just cost more when she died. We had to pay the extra and it wasn't cheap. Understood, this place may be under new management and exemplary. Just please don't sell services for such if you don't plan honoring the agreed upon amount.
