They got great meats n prices on they're meats but everything else is just ridiculous with the prices!
Hitchcock's in Keystone Heights, Florida has just lost our faithful business. An employee there, a cashier/bagger, at least in his thirties called my sweet, beautiful 18 year old daughter a giant (BTW he's much taller than her)!!! What kind of customer service training has he received!?!? NONE obviously! I did indeed go up to Hitchcock's after my sweet daughter cries hysterically to me about what happened. Bullying isn't cool and that's just what he did! Hitchcock's manager tells me that he can't be fired but will be written up!?!? Really?? So you are enabling bullying and poor customer service? I will follow up in a couple of days to ensure some action was taken on this horrible employee!
The staff needs more training. Awful ...I swear if they would hire folks with a little bit of education it would be better.even the managers of this place are I'll equipment to handle there job.i over heard one tell a customer we can't take ga foodstamps .lol wrong thing to say she blessed hint out and yhen showed him how to run the card.lol good for her..
Hometown grocery store, with a very friendly staff. Access to the store is convenient, and parking is great as the lot is easily navigable. If you are in a large vehicle there is typically no problems. The store has a wide selection with a nice bakery and meat department. The prices are higher than larger grocery stores mainly due to its remote location and lack of competition in the area. This store shows signs of disrepair and is in need of a remodel, however it is clean and well organized. Due to convenience and lack of competition we will be revisiting this location.
