First and foremost Steve is amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure your happy and taken care of like family. I love this post office. all of the staff is great!
The mail Carriers are awful, They do not come or come late at night and scanning packages that they do not put in your mailbox.Steve has been great, nice friendly and very helpful....
I sent 3 packages to the wrong address! When I realized what I had done, I called and spoke to a man named Mike. Your team delivered a special book for my grandsons birthday and a necklace for my daughter; both ordered from different stores at Amazon. The third was a package of valentine goodies for the whole family with that little something special for everyone.. The time you took to make sure the packages were delivered correctly made this Ole grandma very happy. It WAS my fault. Thanks to everyone who helped prevent my mistake from turning into a disaster. Amazing! I recieved Awesome customer service!
Can anyone answer the phone? Been calling 2 hours straight now! Before this I liked the service but wow.
Horrible service. Was supposed to have a package delivered on a Tuesday, driver claimed she could not get down my drive way due to all the flooding (she has a 4wd jeep wrangler. I have a 2wd vehicle. I can make it, so she can too). No notice was left letting me know an 'attempt' was made. I call post office the next day and the guy tells me she left one on my door. I said how did she leave it on my door, when she couldn't get down my drive way? There was also no notice in the mail box with my mail. I ask them to please hold the package at the post office until Friday because I do not get off work until 5 and they close at 5, but I could pick it up on Friday. Today is Friday. I call to make sure my husband can pick it up because he is in town and Steve goes to look for my package. My package is not there. They apparently tried to redeliver it today, when I told them NOT TO! I advised I will be really upset if it isn't at my house, because if she couldn't get down the drive way 3 days ago, why would she be able to do so now? He says ' ok well, if your mad, your mad' and says bye and hangs up. Customer service is horrible. I can't get a refund due to their non-delivery because the store has to issue it and everyone there are rude and don't care. Steve (the manager) is probably the worst of the bunch.
