My wife had a salad as did her friend and my wife became ill. We decided to give them another chance and my burger was not cooked thoroughly - it was very pink. I called "one of" the managers who said that "it was impossible" for the burger to be undercooked. Oh well, I just experienced the "impossible." Will not be eating there ever, ever again.
This Wendy's needs new employees... its terrible...orders are wrong four times out of ten. Workers are busy talking to there friends on the phone or the other side of the counter, Manager is no better from what i have seen....Hair found in my chili !!!!! Upper Management needs to come see how this place is run....Quality of food not up to par with other Wendy Stores. Fries are cold, over salted. I will no longer purchase at this Wendy's. .
Lackluster service? Sure; a time or two. Had to wait in line? Yep, several times. But again, it's a fast food joint. The employees work hard to serve an impossible public.
It's rare that they get you order right EVER. I decided to give them a try again. Ordered 1 food item and a drink. No special instructions and they still got it wrong.
It's Wendy's, alright. The food quality and service is what you would expect from a Wendy's. Given that this particular location is arguably the best of three fast food joints in a small town, they tend to get busy. People are impatient. I've been to this location many times and have never really had a bad experience.
My experience has never ever been horrible.
The food tasted excellent and the lobby was very clean and well stocked. The restrooms were cleaned and well stocked as well.
